إتفاقية الإستخدام

بإستخدامك لهذه المدونة , بأي وسيلة كانت,فأنت توافق أنك قد قرأت هذه اللإتفاقية وفهمتها و بأنك موافق على ما ورد فيها .

توفر المدونة إمكانية التعليق على المحتوى المنشور فيها,ويحق لك كما يحق لكل المستخدمين المشاركة في التعليق ,على ألا تقوم بنشر أي محتوى يكون ضاراّ , وغير مشروع,أو تشهري,أو جنسي,أو عرقي,أو مسيء للديانات أو ما شابه ذالك.
أنت وحدك المسؤول عن التعليقات التي تشارك بيها
حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتعليقات تبقى مسجلة لك وحدك,لكن يحق لصاحب المدونة إعادة إستخدام التعليقات ,في أي نشاط متعلق بالمدونة دون الحاجة الى إذن مسبق من صاحب التعليق ,بشرط ان يقوم بذكر اسم صاحب التعليق ولا يعدل على التعليق بشكل يؤدي الى تحريف معناه.
للتعليق يفضك ذكر اسمك الشخصي,يمكن إستخدام إسم مستعار لكن يمنع منعاّ باتاُ إنتحال أي أسم أخر أو هيئة.
تقوم المدونة بجمع البيانات الخاصة بك, مثل نوع المتصفح,نظام التشغيل, ورقم IP...الخ,الهدف من جمع هذه البيانات هو تحسين مستوى الخدمة , وكما يحق للمدونة مشاركة هذه البيانات مع طرف ثالث دون ان تقوم بالربط بين هذه البيانات وهويتك الشخصية.
قد تتغير هذه اللإتفاقية من وقت الى أخر بما أراه مناسبا لهدف تحسين المدونة .

إخلاء المسؤولية:

نشر الإعلانات أو الخدمات او الروابط الدعائية لا يعني تزكيتي لها,ولا أقدم أي ضمانات جودة لها.

وأعرض أيضا بالتدوينات برامج و تطبيقات مع ذكر مصادرها إلا أني لا أضمن صحتها 100% ومنه فإن أي مغالطات تقع على مسؤولية هذه المصادر.

ولا أتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار التي قد تكون نتاجة عن هذه المصادر وخصوصا في الشروحات التي أقوم بها .
